Charles Gordon has spent 35 years in corporate communications across Canada, as well as in the United States and Europe. During his career, he has been involved in all facets of business communications, including strategic planning, media and direct market advertising, crisis communications management, employee communications, investor relations, magazine and speech writing, and corporate image building.

He has worked in a wide range of industries including transportation, financial services, real estate and natural resources.

Until 2005, Charles was Vice President, Corporate Affairs for Norbord Inc. Former roles include Vice President, Corporate Affairs at Financial Trustco and a number of management positions at Canadian Pacific across Canada.

In addition, Charles has taught business at George Brown Community College and is often asked to host or act as an after-dinner speaker on a range of business, communications and satirical subjects.

He is Vice-Chairman and a Director of the Baker Foundation (seniors’ residence) and a director of St. Stephen’s Community House, a diverse social services agency in Toronto.
